April says: I am 5'3", weigh 125 pounds, wear a 36 B bra, and I wear a small in this top. I do not wear a bra when I wear this top but when I tried it on with a bra, the small was quite tight around the chest. If you are going to wear a bra with this top, you may need to size up!
