Refund policy

Of course, you return your unwanted items as long as they are NOT marked "Final Sale"!

1) Return your unwanted items to us, at the address below.

2) Return it within 21 days of receiving your package, then we will refund the amount of your purchase, (minus a RESTOCKING fee of 5%) to a gift card, to be used online or in the shoppe. We will contact you via phone or email to give you your gift card code.

You MUST have given us an email or phone number so that we can contact you with your gift card code. If you have not provided us with an email or phone number, we cannot be held responsible for trying to get your gift card to you.

                                                     

Return your unworn and unwashed piece with its original tags, within 21 days of the purchase date. Ship items back to the address below with your name and order number inside. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items to The Light House Boutique.

We are unable to accept items back that are from The Last Chance Collection (or if the tag is marked Final Sale) as these are final sale. Final Sale means no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Return or exchange your unworn and unwashed piece with its original tags and receipt, within 21 days of the purchase date. We will refund your purchase amount (minus a 5% RESTOCKING FEE) onto a store gift card which can be used in-store or online. 

Every time we process a sale through Shopify, we are billed by Shopify. When you return an item and we refund your purchase, we lose that fee amount that Shopify billed us. We do not get that fee returned to us from Shopify and we get billed again when we process your next purchase through Shopify. The restocking fee covers all of these extra fees from Shopify.
