These are a nice balance between a rigid cotton jean and one with stretch (they hold their shape well but still have give to them)

April says: I am 5'3", weigh 125 pounds, wear size 4 jeans, and I wear waist size 25 in these. They definitely hit at the smallest part of your waist giving you that snatched look and they shape the rear, quite well. I love that they are looser through the thighs, where I tend to need more room.
